DESCRIPTIONThe Pit Cenote is the deepest cenote in the state of Quintana Roo but its easy to dive due the fat that’s its open water. The visibility is incredible at this cenote, you can see about deep into the water, even from the surface! At about 30-meters deep, divers can see what looks like the sandy bottom with an eerie branch sticking out from it. On your way back you’ll notice the mesmerizing light beams that dance around in the depths on a sunny day.
The next stop is one of the best cenotes dives which we recommend especially to open water divers who never have been entering a cave before. In Dos Ojos there are two 70-meter sinkholes connected by a 400-meter passageway, which gives the appearance of two eyes. Our dive leads from one eye to the other. During this 45 minute excursion you will explore the cavern zone with an unlimited visibility of crystal clear water.
